That's what many collectors were asking last year. Several major annual regional stamp shows 
skipped a year for Washington Two Thousand Six. That was the once-a-decade international show 
that ran for about a week in the Nation's Capital. 

Thousands of collectors and dealers went to Washington, some of the rarest stamps in the world 
were on display, and the regional shows usually held in May and June knew they just couldn't 
compete. 

Not only that, many of the people who work on the regional shows were helping in Washington....
especially the volunteers who run NAPEX, the annual Washington-area show.

This year, they're back -- NAPEX, ROPEX in Rochester, New York, and NOJEX in Northern New 
Jersey. .... all three probably stronger than ever. 

After all, Washington Two Thousand Six showed that stamp collecting, and stamp shows, are--
