"You'd be so easy to love...." ESTABLISH and under at :06

EVERYBODY found Jimmy Stewart easy to love. He was one of the most popular movie actors,
both among colleagues and with the public. And it appears he'll be the subject for next
year's Legends of Hollywood stamp.

That's according to the Jimmy Stewart Museum's web site, but it makes sense: Next year
is the first chance to honor the "aw-shucks" actor -- he died in Nineteen Ninety-Seven,
nd the waiting period is 10 years. The Postal Service might wait until the following year,
which would be the centennial of his birth. Either way, a stamp at some point is a sure
thing.

The Postal Service, by the way, refuses to comment,

Stewart was nominated for an Oscar five times and won once, for "The Philadelphia Story."
Other memorable films include It's A Wonderful Life and Rear Window.

And, oh yes, he really did introduce Cole Porter's song, "Easy To Love."
