   $4.00 per year, regular members

VAPEX 2010 is scheduled to be held on Friday, November 12 - Sunday November 14, 2010, at the Lexington George Washington Inn & Conference Center, 500 Merrimac Trail, Williamsburg, VA 23815-5319. VAPEX offers up to 160 sixteen-page frames for exhibits, space for a 25-dealer bourse, a public stamp auction, and excellent facilities for meetings, programs, and seminars. VAPEX is an American Philatelic Society World Series of Philately qualifying exhibition.

The Virginia Beach Stamp Club assists in sponsoring VAPEX. Awards include appropriate APS World Series of Philately show awards, Grand Award for "best in show", Reserve Grand Award, the William R. Taylor Memorial Award for best exhibit of Germanic philately, the Admiral Jesse G. Johnson Award for the best exhibit of aerophilately, the James H. Cochrane Memorial Award for an exhibit meriting special recognition, the Loyal E. Faulconer Memorial Award for the best novice exhibit of those awarded on a level of bronze or above at a national exhibition and the J. Douglas Church Memorial Award for the best exhibit by a member of a VPF member club.
