The club meets at 7:00 pm on the second Friday of the month throughout the year except July and August.

A monthly newsletter "Stamp Hinge" is published and mailed to the membership providing minutes of the last meeting, club’s financial status, an overview of the recent meeting's program, and announcing upcoming programs. Each "Hinge" previews U. S. Stamps to be released with graphics and information about the issue.

During the monthly meetings, if we have material from the members, we have a "Mini Auction" affording members opportunities to sell surplus items and for other members to make economical acquisitions. Once a year we have a large auction. The lots are listed in the "Hinge" to allow all members to select the lots that have their interests and bid accordingly.

The Club is active in promoting Youth Stamp Collecting by supporting a local Elementary School Stamp Club and being present at the local stamp bourse sponsoring a youth area with tables displaying boxes of U.S. and Foreign Stamps, sorted by country, both on and off paper. We answer questions the youth may ask about stamps and collecting. Occasionally we have donated albums that are recycled to the youth stamp collectors. All of these services are provided at no cost to the youth.
