This is a combination ("combo") of all the 1991 Love Stamps and stationery: booklet pane, one-ounce single, two-ounce single, on the business-size Love envelope. (Click picture for larger view)

What makes it especially unusual is that it has an Artmaster cachet. Artmaster normally obtains a quantity of postal stationery, has it cacheted and then sends it for first day servicing. In this case, I was able to produce 10 or 12 of these combinations quickly and get them to Artmaster before their other envelopes were printed.

Wetlands and Diners

A year ago, the U.S. Postal Service issued two bulk-rate coils on what seemed completely-unrelated subjects: Wetlands and Diners.

Unless, of course, you're the clever cartoonist and cachetmaker Dave Bennett, who managed to tie the two together in this clever first day cover.
